What the service is
Deal Readout produces a first-pass diligence memo and answers questions based on documents you upload. It is a research tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and it is not an audit or a quality of earnings report. Confirm important findings with qualified advisors before you sign or close.
Your documents
You confirm that you have the right to upload the documents you provide, including under any confidentiality agreement with the seller. You keep all rights to your documents.
Plans and billing
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits in a plan reset each month. Credit packs do not expire.
Accuracy
The memo depends on the documents you upload. Missing, wrong, or altered documents lead to wrong conclusions. We do not guarantee any outcome of a transaction.
